I am a Nutrition Coach helping women focus on supporting healthy gut and uncover and learn to live with their food sensitivities so they don’t feel controlled by food!

I run a 10 week program to help women build a solid foundation to their health by focusing on digestion, stress management, a nutrient dense diet, good sleep and avoiding food sensitivities. A solid foundation allows for lasting habits so my client feel empowered with the knowledge they receive during the program! We learn the tools necessary to support a healthy gut + how to pinpoint food sensitivities through an elimination diet!
Our health and wellbeing includes more than just our diet - this is just a piece of the puzzle! My approach addresses the individual as a whole including diet, lifestyle + emotional well-being. I believe it all starts in the gut! There are so many factors in our daily life that injure our gut and lead to more food sensitivities. I want to help women feel their best by implementing sustainable changes and avoid developing food sensitivities or having more food sensitivities than they currently do.
My own journey with food sensitivities has led me to develop a passion for helping others with theirs! I have always loved helping people and care deeply about others. When I was trying to navigate issues with my gut and struggling with pinpointing my food sensitivities I wished I could have had someone to guide me. This led me to get the education I needed so I could support others on their journey and make it easier for them then it was for me!
I consider my program an investment in your health. When we invest in something we gain more out of it and are more willing to put in the work! I work with women who are ready to trust that they can find solutions, implement new habits and make and set weekly goals with me!
It is important to me to make sure that we are a good fit to work together before starting my program! I offer a free 20 minute discovery call for women who are interested in my program to get to know them + get clear on their goals and see how I can support them best in moving forward to achieve them!
Get to know me a bit:
- I’m obsessed with popcorn…that might even be an understatement! I could it it every day.
- I love going to the gym to lift weights + I have to chew gum while I work out. It’s just a thing.
- Most people think me and my sister are twins but we are actually 6 years apart.
- I love making lists - I literally make a list for everything because it makes me feel productive when I can check things off!
- My dream is to live somewhere ward because I strongly dislike winter…. But I like my family to much that I don’t want to be that far away!
