YEG Wellness Collective & Corro Collective Present: Self Care Sundays- the Event

You guys!!! We are so excited to finally be able to tell you that we are hosting our FIRST ever event as YEG Wellness Collective. This was a huge part of our vision when we created YWC as we wanted it to be something that was accessible to everyone (men & women), affordable to hopefully a large percentage of the population, and was holistic (included opportunities to learn about more than just westernized practices & encompassed the 8 pillars of wellbeing).

So here we are and we could not be more excited!

Join YegWellnessCollective & Corro Collective for Self Care Sunday for a morning filled with Yoga by Jordana Daytona (Instagram: @jordana.keto.yogi), Meditation by Shauna Lee MacDonald and a brief educational workshop about emotional wellbeing. Learn how Essential Oils can support your emotions and create your very own emotional support roller that you can take home with amazing Young Living essential oils!

This is all just in time for #mentalhealthawarenessweek here in Canada! Emotional wellbeing is so important and we hope to help contribute to ending the stigma of mental health and learning to talk about our mental health in a more positive light. Learn what emotional wellbeing encompasses and how to better accept and address our own challenges. Spend the day pampering yourselves by joining us for a guided meditation class and an hour session of yoga. Then end it all by learning about essential oils that have been found to support your emotional wellbeing and create you own roller to take home. After an afternoon with us, hopefully you'll be ready to tackle the work week ahead!
